Meridia Capital is believed to have hired broker Savills Aguirre Newman to sell a 100,000 m2 logistics portfolio in the Madrid region.
According to well-informed market sources, the package comprises four high-quality warehouses located in the Corredor de Henares, and the Corredor Sur of Madrid. The properties are being marketed with no asking price although they are expected to fetch a high two-digit figure.
Meridia Capital declined to comment.
