Mercialys, the property investment unit of French supermarket group Casino, has sold a Monoprix supermarket in the Paris suburbs for €30.8 mln to a company advised by Picture Asset Management.
The asset, located northeast of Paris' city centre, is situated at 74 rue des Bourguignons in Asnières-sur-Seine.
According to Mercialys, the net sales price was higher than the appraisal value from end-June 2020, and well below the portfolio’s average appraisal yield rate of 5.49%.
The deal came after Mercialys announced further work in greening its portfolio.
The investor has taken its portfolio environmental certification rate up to 77% in 2020, after achieving / and or renewing its Breeam In-Use certificates for 11 of its retail assets this year.
In this year's GRESB rankings, Mercialys maintained its green star rating, and moved up one position in its category.
