Meliá Hotels sells €73m of Spanish hotels to local REIT

Spanish hotel operator Meliá Hotels has agreed to sell three hotels in Seville, Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Fuerteventura to the REIT Atom Hoteles for a total of just over €73 mln.
