The new appointments represent the latest in a series of recent milestones for Measurabl, after announcing the close of an oversubscribed $93 mln (€85 mln) Series D round of venture capital earlier this month, co-led by Energy Impact Partners and Sway Ventures.

'It’s been an exciting year for Measurabl so far, as we look to expand both our reach and our offering to solve for every part of the real estate lifecycle,' said Matt Ellis, Measurabl co-founder and CEO.

'Adding further expertise and experience in key leadership positions will enable us to effectively utilise our recent funding round, by enhancing our market-leading technologies, continuing our global expansion, and ultimately helping companies measure, manage, report and act on ESG to achieve a more sustainable, profitable future for all. We’re excited to have Karthik, Kristin and Tom as part of our team.'

Manimozhi joins as chief revenue officer, focusing on driving greater integration and alignment between all of Measurabl’s revenue functions. A successful C-suite executive, he has overseen three billion dollar exits in the software space. Prior senior leadership roles included Dell EMC and SAP.

Rock joins as chief customer officer from Power Factors. She will oversee Measurabl’s relationship with clients and will drive efforts to assess and elevate customer experience, as the business invests in a globalized customer support and partner network.

Spellios has been appointed as chief financial officer, leading the company’s financial strategy and activities.

He has over 25 years of experience in value creation for businesses at a range of different stages, previously serving as the chief financial officer of Astound Commerce.
