German asset management firm Meag Munich Ergo says that the Mineralis office property in Montrouge near Paris is fully let as of 1 August. A lease contract for the building's total floor space of 15,000 m[sup]2[/sup] and 300 underground parking spaces has been closed with the French publisher Bayard Presse. The contract runs for a 12-year term, and the building will be Bayard's new headquarters.

The property was purchased for the MEAG EURO PRO real estate fund in May from the Carlyle Group for an undisclosed sum. This fund invests in office buildings located in major European cities, and its yield for the last fiscal year was 8.7%. Meag is the asset manager for Munich Re and ERGO Insurance Group. It currently manages assets to the value of around EUR 182 bn, of which around EUR 13 bn are held in real estate.
