The Provence Designer Outlet is the first of its kind in the South of France and the group’s 23rd centre. It features 125 stores including eight cafes and restaurants within a gross lettable area (GLA) of 25,000 m².

'Our aim is to invest in the local region and to create an exciting new tourist attraction. The Provence Designer Outlet has presented us with new opportunities to work collaboratively with our brand partners as well as the local authorities and communities to create a true retail destination,' commented Julia Calabrese, McArthurGlen’s CEO. 'This centre marks a major milestone in McArthurGlen’s expansion plan in France and we are very excited to be opening our doors to shoppers on the 13th of April.'

The centre was designed by French architects Marseille Architecture Partners (MAP) and built by French construction company Eiffage. It features Provençale-style architecture and sustainable features such as solar panels, irrigation canals and energy-efficient LED lighting.

Tenants in the designer outlet include Polo Ralph Lauren, Coach, Michael Kors and Tommy Hilfiger, as well as French brands such as L'Oréal, Maje, Sandro, The Kooples and Zadig & Voltaire.
