Northern Europe-focused property investment firm Matter Real Estate has appointed Jane Harrison as director and Claire Buttanshaw as financial controller.
Harrison joins Matter’s investment management team, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with portfolio companies across multiple jurisdictions, advising on performance strategies and ensuring business plan objectives are met.
She has over 20 years of real estate experience and prior to joining Matter, she was at Prologis UK, Invesco and Doughty Hanson.
As financial controller, Claire Buttanshaw will support Matter’s activities across the accounting, compliance and investor reporting functions.
Prior to joining Matter, Claire was part of the Finance and Operations team at Henderson Park, and she also worked in the asset & wealth management assurance department of PwC Dublin.
The appointments will support the continued growth of Matter, adding further industry expertise and operational support to the firm’s existing team of professionals.
