London-based real estate investor Matter Real Estate has bolstered its team with several key hires.
These strategic appointments will drive the firm’s growth trajectory, leveraging expertise in financing, development, and asset management. The expanded team will provide operational support to management teams across Europe, enabling them to build scalable platforms.
CFO Andrew Rippingale brings over 25 years of real estate finance experience to the role, joining from Nuveen Real Estate, where he managed and enhanced complex real estate fund structures across Europe.
VP Aleksandra Paciorek will focus on sourcing and executing investments across Europe. Previously at EQT Group, she was responsible for acquiring and managing residential, student housing, and self-storage assets, including building out a £1bn+ (€1.2 bn+) GAV London BTR portfolio.
Jorge Albert joins as senior associate, responsible for deal underwriting, execution, and investment management. He joins from Tyrus Capital, where he specialized in European opportunistic credit and special situations investments.
John Mak joins as associate, supporting the investment team in deal underwriting, execution, and investment management. Before joining Matter, he advised on over £1 bn (€1.2 bn) of assets across various asset classes in Europe and Asia.
Joining as finance analyst, David Moore will support the firm’s finance team in accounting, compliance, and investor reporting. He joins Matter from Deloitte Ireland.
