Real estate development finance provider Maslow Capital has announced the completion of a £32.8 mln (€40 mln) development loan, assisting Citylife with ‘Springwell Gardens’, a 223-unit residential scheme in central Leeds, UK.
Adding to a growing skyline of residential developments in Leeds, the 16 storey Springwell Gardens’ will be located only a 10 minute walk to Leeds Train Station. Contractor Morgan Sindall has been appointed to deliver the project, which is expected to complete in 2023. Citylife has also agreed a forward-sale of around 60% of the apartments to private investors via its advisor Aspen Woolf.
