Vienna-based CA Immo has appointed Martin Löcker as its new group head of development, starting in January 2024.
Löcker will take over responsibility for all development, construction, and engineering activities across the group, including those of Matthias Schmidt who will leave the company at the end of 2023.
Löcker has a long international career in real estate development, most recently at UBM AG where he was member of the Management Board for 14 years with responsibility for all development and construction activities. He has a technical background in engineering and construction.
