The scheme, dubbed Green Acre Grange, will deliver 253 apartments on the Upper Kilmacud Road in the Irish capital's suburbs.

According to Marlet, the development will also include a concierge, creche, gym and cinema room, plus landscaped areas and rooftop terraces.

Pat Crean, CEO of Marlet said: 'In the current Covid environment, where access to construction finance is increasingly challenging, it is a very welcome initiative from the government to support HBFI in providing funding to enable Marlet to continue delivering homes in Dublin.'

Since its launch in 2014, Marlet has sourced and acquired over €1 bn of assets across Dublin. Projects include mixed-use developments, build-to-tent apartment schemes, student accommodation, hotels and aparthotels.
