The clothing retailer's store in Gdynia Klif will be the eighth store in Poland, the fourth outside Warsaw and the first in Tri-city.
'We are pleased to have been able to open our first store in Tri-city in such a favourable location. The area of over 2,000 m2 in Klif Gdynia shopping centre is excellent space to showcase a wide range of our products,' commented Dusan Mrozek, managing director of Marks and Spencer Polska.
Marks & Spencer is located in a new part of Klif Gdynia shopping centre which was extended in May. The centre, which now occupies 30,000 m2, has increased its offer with 55 boutiques of several international brands, including Bagatt, Bandolera, Baldessarini, Carl Gross, Escada Sport, Furla, Gerry Weber, Matinique, Patrizia Pepe, Pinko, PlusIT, Pollini, Sisley, Stefanel, Undercolors of Benetton and Vera Mont. All brands are entering the Tri-city market for the first time.
The owner and investor of the centre is Paige Investments, a subsidiary company of PBW Real Estate Fund I Group.
