Strabag Property and Facility Services (Strabag PFS) has appointed Dr Marion Henschel as chairwoman of the management board.
She will assume this position on 1 January 2023, as her predecessor Martin Schenk has decided not to extend his contract and will depart the company at his own request on 31 December 2021.
Since 2016, both Henschel and Schenk have shared management of the Strabag PFS group and all affiliated businesses.
Thomas Birtel, CEO of Strabag SE, said: ‘With Marion Henschel, the future of the German property and facility management business is in the very best hands. With her strong focus on digitisation and sustainability, she is strongly driving forward the central topics for future-oriented management of existing properties.’
As chairwoman of the management board, Henschel will be supported by Dirk Brandt and Torsten May (both managing directors key accounts), Marko Bohm (managing director real estate management) as well as Andrea Jager and Mike Kirschnereit (both managing directors area Germany).
Strabag PFS provides complete real estate and industrial services in Germany, Austria, Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
