A unit of MCAP Global Finance, the UK arm of New York-based asset manager Marathon, has acquired the Zuidtoren office building in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands for just over €40 mln.
The vendor is Hoofddorp Beheer B.V, represented by Syntrus Achmea Real Estate & Finance.
Located at Taurusavenue 1-41, the asset provides around 17,000 m2 of space over 20 storeys as well as 175 parking spaces. The property is fully leased to 17 tenants, including The Walt Disney Company, Seafox Operations, SHV Energy and Western Digital.
