US investment fund Marathon Asset Management is looking to dispose of Waterford’s landmark City Square Shopping Centre.
The asset has been put up for sale through broker Colliers with a price of €24.5 million.
The centre is currently generating total rental income of €1.58 mln a year, reflecting a net initial yield (NIY) of 5.71%.
The move follows the US investment group’s recent agreement to sell three retail parks, known as the Parks Collection, to developer Pat Crean’s Marlet Group for about €78 mln.
