MAPIC: Trigranit re-enters Romania shopping centre sector

Trigranit Management Corporation (TGM) has re-entered the Romanian shopping centre market with a management mandate for Atrium Center, the first shopping mall opened three years ago in Arad, Western Romania.

Atrium Center comprises 150 shops on a gross lettable area of 29,500 m2 spread over three levels. The centre is located in the city centre, next to the railway and the central bus station. It also features wellness facilities, and a 10-screen, 1,600-seat Cinema City.
