MAPIC: Neinver receives BREEAM In-Use certs for Iberian centres

Outlet retail property specialist Neinver has obtained BREEAM In-Use certification at Mapic for its five Spanish outlet centres and one that it manages in Portugal.

Gavin Dunn, director of BREEAM, presented the six certificates to Eduardo Ceballos, southern Europe director of Neinver, and Lurdes Martins, country manager of Neinver Portugal, during the Mapic international retail summit in Cannes.

Martins said: ‘Neinver is a company committed to driving sustainability performance and creating a healthier, more attractive sales environment for our retail brands and visitors. In recent years, Neinver has used BREEAM to certify all new buildings to help manage and improve the sustainability performance of our assets.'

Neinver's BREEAM In-Use-certified retail portfolio includes the Spanish centres Coruña The Style Outlets, San Sebastián de los Reyes The Style Outlets, Las Rozas The Style Outlets, Getafe The Style Outlets and Sevilla The Style Outlets, and Vila do Conde The Style Outlets in Portugal.
