Jones Lang LaSalle's Russia and CIS unit has launched a concept development business line within its retail department. The new division is led by Marina Malakhatko, who held the same position at Colliers International.
The retail concept development team provides market due diligence, analysis of projects' niche markets, development of a detailed concept and 3D-modelling, as well as concept redevelopment of existing shopping centres and tenant rotation.
