Irish real estate investment manager Greenman Investments has acquired a retail scheme in Datteln, Germany through a share deal worth €26.4 mln on behalf of its Greenman Retail+ fund.
Irish real estate investment manager Greenman Investments has acquired a retail scheme in Datteln, Germany through a share deal worth €26.4 mln on behalf of its Greenman Retail+ fund.
The vendor is a joint venture between Düsseldorf-based Concepta Projektentwicklung and Black Horse Development.
The StadtGalerie Datteln retail asset is located in the heart of Datteln, and provides around 10,000 m2 of retail space let to a total of 20 tenants.
German retail giant Rewe is the main tenant, occupying around 24% of the rental space, followed by C&A with 15%.
The purchase follows Greenman's acquisition in April of 29 Edeka stores for €95 mln.
