Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed property manager of Agora Bytom shopping centre, owned by Danish developer Braaten + Pedersen plus Partners.

Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed property manager of Agora Bytom shopping centre, owned by Danish developer Braaten + Pedersen plus Partners.

Agora Bytom opened in November 2010 and is located in the centre of the Polish city of Bytom. It is the city’s most modern retail scheme, providing a total of 58,000 m² with 29,000 m² of leasable area.

The shopping centre combines retail, leisure and cultural functions, being home to over 100 stores, a Fantasy Park entertainment centre, Cinema City, Pure fitness club and an event hall.
