M&G Real Estate has acquired an office building in Copenhagen’s Vesterbro district for €82 mln.

Kalvebod Brygge 47 was built as the headquarters of Forstædernes Bank and is currently leased to Nykredit. Capital Investment will continue to act as asset manager at the property.
