M&G Real Estate appoints new head of capital raising

M&G Real Estate has hired Lucy Williams as director of institutional business for the UK and Europe, replacing Chris Nash who has left the group.

Williams reports to Christopher Andrews, head of client relations and marketing.

In her new role, she will lead M&G Real Estate’s business development team, spearheading capital raising activities in the UK and, in collaboration with M&G’s institutional fixed income business, across continental European markets.

Williams brings 20 years of experience of building businesses across a variety of industries, including construction and real estate funds management. She joins from Ignis Asset Management, having previously spent six years heading up business development, investor relations and marketing at Lothbury Investment Management.
