M&G Real Estate has appointed Audrey Tournereau to manage assets across France, Belgium and Luxemburg.

Tournereau will support the investment ambitions and expansion of the business in this European region and will report to Marc Reijnen, head of Continental European Asset Management.

Based out of M&G Real Estate’s Paris office, she will have overall responsibility for driving asset performance through active management across the French, Belgian and Luxemburg property portfolios.

This will incorporate driving redevelopment or refurbishment works, managing leasing strategies and overseeing property managers in a range of locations. In addition, she will support the European acquisitions team with the origination of deals across the region.

Tornereau joins M&G Real Estate from her previous role as senior asset manager at Commerz Real. She brings over fifteen years of fund and property experience to the role, having previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield Investors and Proudreed in the region.

Last month M&G Real Estate announced that CEO Alex Jeffrey is stepping down next April to take up a new role as head of M&G's Asian business.
