M&G Real Estate has appointed Paul Crosbie to lead its logistics and industrial team.
Crosbie reports to Chris Perkins, head of business space. In his new role, Crosbie will be responsible for seeking out investment opportunities on behalf of M&G Real Estate's range of portfolios and contribute investment advice and ideas in order to maximise fund returns.
He joins from Rockspring Property Managers, where he was responsible for selling down Rockspring's Industrial Trust and led acquisitions for the fund manager's Industrial strategy. Crosbie previously held positions at CBRE, Matthews and Goodman and Austin Adams.
M&G Real Estate is one of the world's top 25 real estate fund managers. The firm had £21.2 bn (€32.6 bn) of assets under management across Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific region at end-June 2015.
