M&G Real Estate has appointed two investment and asset managers for Italy and the Nordics.

Gabriele Inglese and Robert Göthe will join the Italian and Swedish offices respectively, reporting to Marc Reijnen (pictured), head of Investment and Asset management, Continental Europe. 

Leading investment and asset management activity in Stockholm, Göthe will have overall responsibility for sourcing investments in the Nordics for M&G Real Estate’s client base and pro-active asset management and oversight of property managers. He joins the business having served as director of Investments at Savills Investment Management in Stockholm, where he sourced, modelled, negotiated and transacted deals for funds and mandates.

He has an agency background, having worked as head of Capital Markets for DTZ (later Cushman & Wakefield) in the Nordic and Baltic regions.

Inglese joins M&G Real Estate as associate director from AXA Investment Managers where, as a transaction manager, he was responsible for all phases of the underwriting and transaction process.

He also has an agency background having worked at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield and brings expert knowledge of the Italian commercial real estate sector with a particular focus on the office, retail, logistics and hospitality sectors.
