Arrow Capital Partners, the investor and operator of real estate in Europe and Asia-Pacific, has appointed Malgorzata de la Torre as head of Acquisitions, Spain.
De la Torre will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing transactions in Spain on behalf of Arrow, including for its €3 bn SIRE vehicle, which invests in urban logistics and light industrial assets across Europe. Arrow currently owns and manages €1 bn assets in Spain alone.
She joins from CBRE in Spain. She was at CBRE for the last 10 years, with extensive experience in office, retail and logistics and was responsible for leading CBRE’s team looking after the logistics expansion requirements for a leading global e-commerce company in Spain.
