Savills Ireland has brokered the sale of the Maldron Hotel in Oranmore, Galway, for an undisclosed sum.
The hotel has been acquired by a private investor and will continue to be leased and operated by Dalata Hotels. The sale was handled by Tom Barrett,director of hotels & leisure at Savills Ireland.
The Maldron Hotel Oranmore is situated just off the N18, a 10-minute drive from the city of Galway. The hotel includes 113 spacious and elegantly furnished guest rooms, complemented by a range of outstanding facilities, including a bar and restaurant, leisure centre, meeting rooms, and parking.
The hotel is also situated in a convenient spot for visiting major tourist attractions, such as the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren.
