The Royal Pavilion, a 204,835 ft2 (19,000 m2) office complex arranged across four interlinking six storey ‘towers’ in 35 acres of parkland has been brought to the market.
Advisor Colliers has been appointed by landlord DXC to sell the property, which is located one mile to the west of Aldershot town centre, Hampshire, UK.
The property provides short income until January 2025. Colliers has been appointed to sell the freehold.
