Advisor Colliers has been appointed by landlord DXC to sell the property, which is located one mile to the west of Aldershot town centre, Hampshire, UK.

The property provides short income until January 2025. Colliers has been appointed to sell the freehold.

Tom Farkas, director in the National Capital Markets team, commented: ‘The Royal Pavilion provides a wide array of reletting and repositioning opportunities to a new owner owing to the short income profile and extensive site area. We expect a diverse spread of interest with parties considering the Royal Pavilion in its current guise, as well as for a range of alternative uses such as educational, medical, science and senior living.’
