A newly developed business centre located on Moscow's Rublevo-Uspeskoe highway has been put on the market by its landlord, developer ZAO Ferro-Stroy.
The owner has hired Cushman & Wakefield and Knight Frank to market the scheme, which is due for completion in the second quarter of 2014.
Designed by architects Sergei Kiselev and Partners, the complex provides 56,200 m2 of office space and 548 parking spaces. MEBE Construction is the general contractor.
'Several new projects have been announced in the west of Moscow but almost none of them have broken ground,' commented Grigoriy Vaulin, general director of ZAO Ferro-Stroy. 'Hence in 2014 the supply of buildings of this level will be singular, which gives us hope for successful realization of our project.'
