BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Craig Maguire as head of its pan-European logistics team, based in London.
Maguire will lead the European coordination of the logistics business, alongside the company’s local teams. He will report to Larry Young, head of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s International Investment Group (IIG).
Maguire has more than 20 years of experience across the real estate lifecycle, both in the UK and Europe. Within the capital markets logistics arena he has advised a variety of institutional investors and logistics property owners across their European portfolios, closing over €2 bn of capital transactions.
After working for CBRE UK, DTZ UK and DTZ Poland, he was appointed managing director at P3 Parks for Poland and Romania in 2007, before becoming senior director of capital markets at DTZ Poland in 2013.
In 2016, Maguire founded consultancy firm Rockard Advisory in Glasgow, which specialised in both the UK & European logistics markets.
Under Maguire’s leadership, the pan-European team at BNP Paribas Real Estate will continue to develop schemes with investor clients based in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America, as well as assist occupier clients in their European expansion.
