Polish warehouse developer 7R has boosted its capital markets team with the arrival of Magdalena Uler-Kleczek as senior capital markets director.
She will focus on securing forward-financing, setting up JV structures and selling projects developed by the Krakow-based company.
Uler-Kleczek has over 11 years of experience at real estate consulting companies JLL Poland, Colliers and KPMG.
During her six-year stint at JLL Poland, she was director at capital markets team & ESG leader for CEE region and responsible for leading investment transactions in the logistics & industrial and office sectors.
