The Cuatro Torres project involved the development of four skyscrapers, totalling 114,000 m2 of office space, in the business district located north of the Spanish capital.
Although most of the work being completed at the end of last year, as little as 24,000 m2 of space has been let so far, due to weakening occupier demand, Spanish newspaper El Pais has reported.
