Lukesch joined Madison in 2008, was named managing director in 2019, and will continue to be based in Madison’s London office.

Madison International Realty specializes in providing liquidity solutions to existing real estate investors, as well as acquiring partial ownership stakes and joint venture interests in existing properties and portfolios in major markets in the US, UK and Western Europe across all sectors.

‘Madison believes the industry is on the cusp of a significant change: the post pandemic re-evaluation of real estate assets such as multi-family, industrial, life and health sciences, which are in undersupply with high demand while the markets gyrate again over events in Ukraine that are impacting so many other variables. Madison has been extremely active over the Covid period as a liquidity solutions provider and we expect this positioning to continue unabated. We are so pleased to recognize Alex with this new responsibility,’ said Ronald Dickerman, Madison International Realty founder and president.
