Paris-based asset manager Macifimo has acquired the Konect office building in Paris from the UK's InfraRed Capital Partners and French investment manager Hemisphere.
Financial details were not disclosed.
The 11,500 m2 building with 119 parking spaces was acquired in an off-plan deal from Eiffage Immobilier in 2016. It was completed in 2018.
Distributed over seven floors, it fronts Porte de Saint-Ouen, and is fully leased to two companies, digital music firm Believe with 9,900 m2, and temp agency Staffmatch with 1,500 m2.
The asset is distinguished by amenities supplied under the Hemisphere Smart Services (H2S) label, including co-working, a fitness class space, a digital concierge and community manager.
Konect's certifications include HQE Excellent, BREEAM Very Good and WiredScore Gold.
InfraRed and Hemisphere were advised on legal matters by the Lebreton notary office and the Gide Loyrette Nouel law firm.
Macifimo was advised by the Cheuvreux notary office. Agents appointed for the sale were Savills and Strategies and Corp.
