European investor and asset manager M7 Real Estate (M7) has appointed Katarzyna Parkot as managing director, M7 Real Estate Poland with responsibility for leading new business initiatives.
Parkot has 11 years’ experience working in real estate, most recently as head of Leasing at WX Management Services where she lead a team responsible for the marketing and leasing of office space. Prior to this, she oversaw the leasing of office space in Warsaw as commercial department director for GreenFields Investments.
Parkot has a strong background of working in private equity funds, having managed projects in the UK, South American and Polish property markets where she built six investment funds in her role as the president of Horyzont Group.
M7 is a European investment manager which specialises in the regional multi-let real estate market.
