London-based M7 Real Estate has bought the Alexander office portfolio in the Netherlands for €78 mln, PropertyEU has established based on information from the Dutch land registry.

The portfolio comprises 16 properties totalling 95,000 m2 located in 13 cities across the country and was acquired from Dutch investment group Tasman Properties.

The 13 cities include Amersfoort, Amsterdam, Bergen op Zoom, Delft, Den Bosch, Diemen, Enschede, Groningen, Heerenveen, Oisterwijk, Rotterdam, Zaltbommel and Zwolle.

One of the offices sold is located on Computerweg 8 in Amersfoort where Dutch bank ABN Amro recently extended a long-term lease contract for 7,700 m2.

M7 Real Estate was advised by legal firm Van Doorne. Tasman Properties was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate and Baker & McKenzie.
