Pan-European investor and asset manager M7 Real Estate has appointed Philip Cridge as new director in its UK team.
In his new role, Cridge (pictured) will work on the development of the business plan for the company’s portfolio and asset management strategy.
Prior to M7, he worked 10 years as investment director at InfraRed Capital Partners, where he was involved with the acquisition, management and disposal of approximately 90 assets with a value in excess of £1 bn (€1.1 bn) on behalf of InfraRed’s four closed-ended value add funds and direct mandates.
John Murnaghan, M7 real estate’s head of UK and Ireland, commented: ‘Philip joins us at a tremendously exciting time in M7‘s growth. He brings extensive experience in the field of value-add industrial and logistics investment. His asset management track record will enhance our existing platform and we very much look forward to working with him.’
