London-based industrial asset manager M7 has appointed Mette Seifert as the head of its new Danish division.
London-based industrial asset manager M7 has appointed Mette Seifert as the head of its new Danish division.
Seifert joins M7 as managing director of its Danish business and will be based in the firm’s new offices in Copenhagen.
She previously worked for Aberdeen Asset Management as fund manager. She has also worked at Danish consultancy Emcon and CB Richard Ellis Denmark, where she was head of corporate real estate services.
M7 currently holds £375 mln (€441 mln) of assets under management through four separate joint ventures and its property company VBRi Ltd.
