M Core, a privately-held commercial property collective, has announced the appointment of Magdalena Kowalewska as the new Chief Operating Officer of its LCP portfolio in Poland.
With over twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate market, Kowalewska joins the team to oversee all investments in retail parks, modern SBU-type warehouse space and current and future development activities carried out by the company in the region.
This news follows the appointment of Krystian Modrzejewski as the Group head of Expansion for Poland.
The LCP portfolio currently comprises 400,000 m2 across 90 retail and warehouse properties at an estimated value of €500 mln at the beginning of 2023.
Both appointments are expected to accelerate the company’s expansion in Poland where the firm is targeting a portfolio over €1 bn.
