Luiss University has bought its headquarters in Rome from local property firm Toti. The transaction price of EUR 117.5 mln includes EUR 35 mln in cash and the assumption of EUR 82.5 mln of existing debt.

The sales price is in line with the asset's latest appraisal carried out by Colliers.
Located at viale Romania, the office scheme provides 18,000 m2 of space. It is fully occupied by Luiss, which in the past years had a leasing contract for an annual rent of EUR 6 mln.
