Clothing group LPP has become a new tenant at the Galeria Sanowa development scheme in the Polish city of Przemysl.
LPP is to occupy about 1,675 m2 in the centre. The largest area is taken by Reserved, followed by Cropp, House, Mohito and Esotiq. The companies which have so far signed agreements securing their positions in the centre include Kaufland, H&M, Douglas, Orsay, Deichmann, Wojas, Drogeria Natura and 5.10.15. Nearly 70% of the space has been already leased.
Cushman & Wakefield is exclusive agent for the commercialisation of Galeria Sanowa. The 20,000 m2 shopping centre being built by P.A. NOVA is due for completion in the fourth quarter of 2009.
