TLG Immobilien, a German property firm owned by US private equity firm Lone Star, has bought the Forum am Brühl office opposite Liepzig's central station for an undisclosed price.
The deal includes Richard-Wagner-Straße 1-3 and Brühl 65/67. Forum am Brühl was built in 1997 and has tenants including Deutsche Bahn and SBK Siemens.
The purchase price has not been revealed, but the annual rental income from the site is around €3.3m.
'The acquisition of the Forum am Brühl property in the centre of Leipzig marks the third time this year that we have successfully expanded our portfolio focussed primarily on office and retail properties', said Niclas Karoff of TLG.
Last month, Lone Star announced plans to list TLG before the end of this year.
