Anurag Sharma is back at CBRE after four years with US firm, Lone Star Funds.
Sharma has rejoined as head of loan advisory in the loan servicing department led by Clarence Dixon.
At Lone Star he was responsible for investments across Europe, covering distressed debt and real estate. Prior to that he was a fund manager at LendInvest, responsible for a €354 mln loan book for European bridging and development finance loans.
He worked at CBRE from 2016 to 2020.
Dixon said: 'We are pleased to have Anurag back in the team and his wealth of experience will be essential in helping our clients navigate some challenging debt situations over the coming months.'
