London & Stamford has completed a £65 mln (EUR 82 mln) refinancing deal for the acquisition of a residential scheme in Central London.

The UK REIT said the refinancing the acquisition of the 149-apartment complex Moore House in July was arranged with Royal Bank of Scotland.

Moore House was acquired from Project Red, a subsidiary of Qatari Diar, on behalf of London & Stamford's Central London Residential Joint Venture for £147 mln.
