Property agent Christie + Co has sold the internationally-acclaimed 181-bedroom Columbus hotel in the Principality of Monaco, to London & Regional Group, one of the largest private property companies in Europe, for an undisclosed sum.
Situated in Fontvieille, close to Monaco’s heliport and just minutes away from the Palace and the Casino, the hotel has become one of the most fashionable destinations in the Principality, since its opening in 2001.
London & Regional Group will continue to operate the property as a luxury hotel.
