London & Cambridge Properties (LCP) has completed the acquisition of three shopping malls in the Polish cities of Radom, Tarnów and Piotrków Trybunalski.
London & Cambridge Properties (LCP) has completed the acquisition of three shopping malls in the Polish cities of Radom, Tarnów and Piotrków Trybunalski.
The price tag came to €67 mln. The properties were purchased from Echo Investment in a preliminary sale agreement in December 2012. Savills advised the buyer.
The Radom shopping centre has 19,500 m2 of retail space, while the Tarnów mall comprises 20,200 m2 of lettable retail space. The Piotrków Trybunalski scheme has 17,400 m2 of space and is located in Sikorskiego Street. All three properties are anchored with Real hypermarkets and Nomi DIY stores.
All three shopping centres have recently been refurbished. They are let to tenants including Polish and international brands such as Real, Deichmann, Nomi, RTV Euro AGD, CCC among others.
