Swedish real estate company Logistri Fastighets is considering the possibility of issuing green bonds of SEK 300 mln (€25.8 million).
Carnegie Investment Bank AB and Swedbank AB have been tasked as joint book-runners to arrange meetings with bond investors starting on 11 November to investigate the possibility of issuing senior unsecured green bonds with a maturity of 3 years.
A capital market transaction may follow, subject to, among other things, prevailing market conditions.
The capital injection will be used in accordance with Logistri’s recently established SEK 600 mln (€51.6 mln) green framework.
Swedbank AB has acted as sole sustainability coordinator for the company’s green framework. The law firm Cederquist KB acts as legal advisor.
Stockholm-based Logistri Fastighets invests primarily in the light industry, warehouse, and logistics segments. The properties are located in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and in southern and central Sweden, in close proximity to major roads, railways, and ports.
