Justin van Esch has joined as an asset and development manager working out of the Dutch office.

'Justin’s main responsibilities will be the asset & property management of our newly developed Primark Distribution Center in Roosendaal and in combination the development of our Campus A58 site, with a plot size of 21 hectares, which gives a unique opportunity for large e-Commerce and XXL warehouse clients,'Kristof Verstraeten, managing director of LCP, said. 'Apart from this we see that in the Netherlands the logistics market is very active in general and as a result a wide range of opportunities are ahead of LCP.'

'I am excited to join Logistics Capital Partners as an asset and development manager and to work alongside such a dynamic, ambitious and professional team. It will give me new opportunities to use my knowledge and experience not only to implement and grow the asset & property management activities but also to further expand LCP’s construction and development activities,' said van Esch.

LCP was established at the beginning of 2015 by James Markby and Kristof Verstraeten. Markby was formerly head of CBRE’s European Industrial & Logistics Investment team, while Verstraeten was previously at Goodman as commercial director of Europe. In July 2015 Andrea Benvenuti joined from Amazon as a managing director of development and construction and as a partner.
