Logiffine has announced the leasing 17,700 m2 of a Logiffine logistics park development in Hem (Nord Pas de Calais), to Geodis Logistics. The lease covers a nine-year period. This transaction completes the leasing program of the Logiffine site in Hem.

Logiffine is the joint venture formed by MGPA, on behalf of its managed fund MGPA Europe Fund II, and Concerto European Developer SAS (Concerto). Geodis Logistics is a division of the Geodis Group, subsidiary of the SNCF Group.

The 42,600 m2 logistics park is located in the Zone d'Activitiés des 4 Vents in Hem (59), near Lille and has been built to very high specifications. It features seven warehouse cells with 10-metre clear heights, more than 1,500 m2 of office and employee space, 600 m2 of charging room space and 41 loading bays equipped with electric nivellers. It benefits from excellent transport links being close to two major motorways in the north of France, the A22 and A27, Logiffine said.

The letting is the third over the past 12 months, and follows the recent lettings of over 18,600 m2 to Simastock (Groupe Bils Deroo) and 6,300 m2 to Publidispatch (Groupe STACI).

Tostain & Laffineur advised the two parties in this transaction.
