NREP Logicenters, the logistics arm of Nordic private equity firm Nordic Real Estate Partners, has bought a pipeline logistics scheme from international construction and property development group Skanska for SEK 230 mln (€22.4 mln).
The logistics facility will cover 24,600 m2 and lease contracts have already been signed with Aditro Logistics, which moves in when the property is completed. The facility has modern specifications, adapted to the tenant.
It is located in Arlandastad, Sigtuna, in a strategic zone for industrial assets close to both Stockholm City and Arlanda Airport.
Skanska is set to start work on the project immediately, with completion expected for the second quarter of 2019.
Global construction and development firm Skanska executed a total of SEK 161 bn sales in 2017.
