Logicenters buys Swedish logistics facility for €22.4m

NREP Logicenters, the logistics arm of Nordic private equity firm Nordic Real Estate Partners, has bought a pipeline logistics scheme from international construction and property development group Skanska for SEK 230 mln (€22.4 mln).
